These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopironhide.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Iron Hide Supply Co. ("Iron Hide," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by Jam Vending 3 LLC. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We make every effort to display our products and their colors, features, and specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at any time.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If you enroll in a Subscribe & Save subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis at the interval selected until you cancel. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us using the information below, subject to any minimum commitment disclosed at signup.
Wholesale orders placed through our wholesale ordering funnel are subject to separate minimum order quantities, pricing tiers, and payment terms as communicated at the time of order. Wholesale accounts may be subject to approval.
Shipping timeframes and costs will be provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our reasonable control.
Because Iron Hide Supply Co. products are personal-care and skin-care products, opened, used, tested, or seal-broken products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, for health, sanitation, and product-integrity reasons.
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they remain in resalable condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund once the issue has been reviewed and approved. We may ask you to provide the product in its original packaging, your order number or proof of purchase, and photos of the product, packaging, or shipping box.
If a package appears damaged during shipping, please keep the product, original packaging, and shipping materials until the issue is resolved, as photos may be required to process a claim or replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective product, or an incorrect item sent by Iron Hide Supply Co.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible; processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an Iron Hide error.
Promotional items, samples, clearance products, and certain discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
By purchasing from Iron Hide Supply Co., you agree to the policies above. We reserve the right to review return requests individually and to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Iron Hide Supply Co. name and branding, is the property of Jam Vending 3 LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content or branding without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Hide Supply Co. and Jam Vending 3 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
