Iron Hide Affiliate Program Rules

Iron Hide Supply Co.

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

By applying to or participating in the Iron Hide Field Crew Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to these rules and any additional written brand instructions.

1. Eligibility and Approval

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate contact, payment, tax, website, and social-media information.
  • Maintain at least one active website, social-media account, email audience, community, retail audience, or other approved promotional channel.
  • Maintain authentic content and engagement.
  • Be reasonably aligned with the brand's image and values.
  • Receive written approval before representing themselves as an affiliate.

No minimum follower count is required. Approval is based on content quality, authenticity, audience fit, professionalism, and brand alignment. Approval is discretionary and may be revoked under these rules.

2. Affiliate Benefits

Approved affiliates receive:

  • A personalized affiliate link and discount code whenever the system supports both.
  • A 10 percent commission on qualifying attributed orders.
  • A 15 percent first-order discount to offer new customers.
  • Access to approved brand images, product information, and promotional materials.
  • Potential opportunities for early access, product testing or previews, brand features, special campaigns, and additional rewards.

Special opportunities are not guaranteed and may depend on activity, sales performance, content quality, and campaign availability.

3. Active Participation Requirements

To activate and maintain affiliate status, an affiliate must:

  • Publish the first qualifying piece of content within 30 days after approval.
  • Publish at least one qualifying social-media post, Reel, video, article, email, or other approved piece of original content each month.
  • Make a genuine effort to discuss, demonstrate, wear, or use the applicable products.
  • Keep the affiliate link or code reasonably accessible to the audience.
  • Respond to reasonable compliance requests from the brand.
  • Remove or correct inaccurate or noncompliant content when requested.

Two or more consecutive months of inactivity may result in the account being paused or removed. The brand may excuse inactivity or approve a different content schedule in writing.

4. Genuine Product Experience

Affiliates may only describe personal experience with an Iron Hide product they have actually used or tested. Affiliates must personally try a product before reviewing its feel, scent, texture, application, or results. Opinions must be honest. Affiliates are not required to make only positive statements, but all statements must be fair, accurate, respectful, and based on genuine experience.

5. Required Affiliate Disclosures

Every promotional post must clearly disclose the affiliate's relationship with the brand. Acceptable disclosures include:

  • "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
  • "Affiliate link - your purchase may earn me a commission."
  • "Paid partnership with Iron Hide Supply Co."
  • "I received this product and may earn a commission from purchases."
  • "#ad" or "#sponsored," when displayed clearly.

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand, placed near the endorsement and before the affiliate link when practical, visible without requiring someone to click more, written in the same language as the endorsement, and included even if the platform provides a paid-partnership tool. For video content, the disclosure must be visible in the video and spoken when reasonably practical. For Stories or temporary content, it must appear clearly on every promotional frame. During live streams, it must be repeated periodically. Terms such as ambassador, collab, partner, gifted, or a discount code by itself may not be sufficient disclosure.

6. Iron Hide Content Rules

Affiliates may discuss honest cosmetic experiences such as how a product feels during application, how it fits into their grooming or skincare routine, the scent, texture, appearance, packaging, or ease of use, that their skin feels moisturized, conditioned, softened, or refreshed when truthful, and their personal preference for particular products or ingredients.

Affiliates may not claim or imply that an Iron Hide cosmetic product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents a disease or medical condition; treats eczema, psoriasis, acne, infections, arthritis, wounds, burns, inflammation, or chronic pain; heals damaged tissue; regenerates cells; replaces medical care; or produces guaranteed results. Affiliates may not claim that a product is clinically proven, dermatologist approved, hypoallergenic, antibacterial, or medically recommended unless Iron Hide has supplied written substantiation and approved that exact claim. Misleading before-and-after comparisons and materially deceptive filters, lighting, editing, or angles are prohibited.

7. Approved Promotional Conduct

Affiliates should create original, useful, brand-appropriate content that helps customers understand the product honestly. Content may include demonstrations, routines, styling, personal reviews, educational posts, email recommendations, and approved campaign participation. Affiliates must follow current brand instructions, use accurate prices and availability information, and promptly correct outdated or inaccurate content when notified.

8. Commissions and Attribution

Affiliates earn 10 percent of the qualifying net product subtotal after discounts. The standard attribution window is 30 days.

Commission is not paid on: taxes or shipping charges; refunded, canceled, returned, charged-back, or fraudulent purchases; affiliate self-purchases or purchases made through the affiliate's own link or code; gift-card purchases unless approved in writing; subscription renewals unless the system can reliably attribute them and recurring commissions are separately approved in writing; or orders that violate these rules.

The 15 percent customer discount applies only to a new customer's first eligible order and may be used once per customer. It may not be combined with another discount unless the brand expressly allows the combination. When more than one affiliate is involved, the personalized discount code used at checkout receives attribution; if no code is entered, the platform's tracked referral attribution controls.

Commissions remain pending until the applicable return and refund period has passed. Approved commissions are paid monthly on Net-15 terms, meaning payment is scheduled within 15 days after the close of the applicable monthly commission period. Affiliates are responsible for providing required tax and payment information and reporting their own income.

9. Product Eligibility and Wholesale Exclusion

Retail products specifically enabled in the affiliate campaign are eligible for commission. Wholesale purchases and wholesale accounts are excluded unless Iron Hide separately approves the order or account in writing. If an eligible retail order is later canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, the related commission will be denied or reversed.

10. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may not: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; use deceptive, misleading, or high-pressure advertising; create fake reviews, purchases, followers, engagement, or testimonials; post affiliate links on unauthorized coupon or discount-code websites; misrepresent the amount or duration of a discount; bid on brand names, trademarks, product names, or confusing variations in paid search without written permission; register domains, usernames, or social accounts that impersonate the brand; pretend to be an employee, owner, customer-service representative, or official spokesperson; make unauthorized giveaways, contests, warranties, guarantees, or bundles; promote the brand alongside illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual content, violence, discrimination, or materially unsafe conduct; or place orders through their own link or arrange artificial purchases to generate commission.

11. Brand Assets and Intellectual Property

Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved logos, product photos, descriptions, and promotional materials solely for authorized affiliate promotion. Affiliates may not change a logo's design, proportions, colors, or wording; sell unauthorized branded merchandise; claim ownership of brand materials; provide assets to unauthorized third parties; or continue using brand materials after leaving the program. All brand ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with the brand or its legal owner.

12. Affiliate Content Usage

The affiliate retains ownership of original content they create. By tagging the brand or submitting affiliate content, the affiliate grants the brand nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to repost that content organically on its website, email, and social channels with reasonable attribution. Use of affiliate content in paid advertising, product packaging, or major commercial campaigns requires additional permission unless separately agreed in writing.

13. Customer Service

Affiliates may explain how to use their code or link but may not make decisions about returns, refunds, order changes, product safety concerns, shipping problems, guarantees, or wholesale accounts. Those matters must be directed to the brand's official customer-service channel.

14. Confidential Information

Affiliates may receive advance information about products, campaigns, prices, or release dates. Information identified as confidential or not yet public may not be shared until the brand authorizes its release.

15. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of the brand. Participation does not guarantee income, free merchandise, sponsorships, exclusivity, or continued acceptance. Affiliates may not enter agreements or make commitments on behalf of the brand.

16. Monitoring and Corrective Action

The brand may review affiliate content for compliance. If content violates these rules, the brand may require correction, a proper disclosure, removal of an inaccurate claim, removal of the content, or a pause in promotion until the issue is resolved. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and forfeiture of commissions connected to prohibited or fraudulent activity.

17. Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. After termination, the affiliate must stop presenting themselves as active, remove active affiliate links and unauthorized brand materials when requested, stop using confidential information, and stop using the brand's names or marks in paid advertising. Legitimately earned and approved commissions will ordinarily remain payable. Commissions resulting from fraud, self-referrals, prohibited conduct, chargebacks, or violations may be denied.

18. Changes to the Program

The brand may revise commission rates, discounts, eligibility requirements, attribution rules, payout timing, and these program terms by providing reasonable notice. Continued participation after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box on the affiliate application or participating in the program, the affiliate confirms that they have read and accepted these rules; will provide honest endorsements; will clearly disclose their affiliate relationship; will use only accurate, approved product claims; and understand that violations may lead to removal from the program.

These operating terms have been reviewed for publication. The affiliate application includes a required acceptance checkbox linked to these current rules, and the system retains the date and version accepted by each affiliate.
